The Top Trump administration official for artificial intelligence claimed on Tuesday that he has uncovered the identity of a Democratic U.S. Senator who he says “controlled” the White House’s use of the autopen, which is at the center of a massive controversy brewing around former President Joe Biden.
Trump’s AI czar, David Sacks, had an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters, where he said that he believes his investigation will reveal that one of the most far left voices in the U.S. Senate was the one responsible for tacking Biden’s artificial signature to possibly hundreds of executive orders that President Donald Trump says should be invalidated.
“Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen during that administration,” the Trump advisor, stated, going on to say that the Massachusetts senator has a “pathological hatred of the crypto community” and wanted to “drive this community offshore.”

The two men were discussing the future of cryptocurrency following President Donald’s launch of a new token backed by his business organization. On Friday, he hosted dozens of high-net-worth individuals who placed enormous stakes in the token at a lavish Mar-a-Lago dinner.
Sacks did not provide context about why he believes Sen. Warren was the driving force behind extensive use of Biden’s autopen, a device that generates lookalike signatures for busy individuals, including governors and heads of state. Autopens have traditionally been limited to use on less urgent matters, such as resolutions or presidential proclamations.
However, some of Biden’s final actions in office include pardons for members of the controversial J6 select committee, including former congresswoman Liz Cheney. Trump has claimed that the pardons are invalid because an autopen was allegedly used to sign them.
“Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and everything else he did, frankly. But he didn’t know about it and he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen, so how would he know that autopen is a big deal,” Trump remarked in a speech at the Department of Justice on Friday.
“When my people come up,” to have him put his signature on an executive order, Trump revealed “you don’t use autopen.”
“Number one – it’s disrespectful to the office,” he said in his response to the controversy. “Number two – maybe it’s not even valid because who’s getting him to sign? He had no idea what the hell he was doing.”
The extensive use of Biden’s autopen was revealed by the Oversight Project branch of the highly conservative Heritage Foundation organization. The group has filed many public records requests as part of a mission to uncover the concealment of the former president’s mental health decline during his final year in the Oval Office.
“WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY,” the group stated in a post published on X last week.
“We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year,” the post continued.
Warren, 75, was a vocal defender of Biden’s mental acuity during the 2024 election. In April, however, she flubbed her response to a question posed by a progressive podcast host about whether she witnessed a less lucid Biden behind the scenes.
“I said what I believed to be true,” she replied concerning her defense of Biden’s job performance.
“You think he was as sharp as you?” host Sam Fragoso fired back at Warren.
“I said I had not seen decline, and I hadn’t, at that point,” she said. Hey, Pocahontas. Shirley Temple called. She wants her tap shoes back.
“You did not see any decline from 2024 Joe Biden to 2021 Joe Biden?” Fragoso questioned.
“Not when I said that, you know, the thing is, he — look, he was sharp, he was on his feet. I saw him, a live event. I had meetings with him a couple of times,“ she responded.
“Senator, ‘on his feet’ is not praise,” Fragoso shot back. “‘He can speak in sentences,’ is not praise.”
“All right, fair enough, fair enough,” Warren responded, The Hill previously reported.
Kentucky Republican Rep. James Comer, House Oversight Chair, revealed last week he had sent out requests for testimony to a dozen former members of Biden’s staff and confidants. He said if they refuse to comply, they could face subpoenas compelling them to provide testimony.
“If we don’t hear anything from them in a week, then I would expect to start seeing subpoenas,” he stated.
