President Donald Trump name dropped one of the folks who could potentially be the Democrat behind the now infamous Joe Biden autopen scandal during a press event on Tuesday. While Biden was in office, he used this device several times to sign pardons and executive orders, all the while he was experiencing cognitive decline.
While speaking with reporters, Trump mentioned, quite briefly, basically just in passing, the name “Lisa Monaco,” as possibly being connected to the autopen debacle. Monaco formerly served as the Deputy Attorney General within Biden’s Justice Department. This means she was the second highest-ranking member of the DOJ and could have been exercising presidential authority illegally on behalf of a cognitively impaired Biden.
During her career, Monaco has become an expert on cybersecurity, crisis management, and counterterrorism. In fact, she’s been responsible for shaping much of the U.S. response to terrorism and even “domestic terrorism.”
That last one should give you pause. If Monaco was all in on the fight against the domestic extremism, primarily a buzzword from the left to describe anyone to the right of Karl Marx, then that means she may also have been a player in the persecution of conservatives and Catholics by federal law enforcement agencies.

Trump naming Monaco in the scandal represents another significant development in the discussion about the former president’s use of an autopen. A report from The Washington Examiner claims that Biden relied on this device to sign documents more often and under more questionable circumstances than we’ve been led to believe.
The article states that brand new information from the Oversight Project, a watchdog group that used to be part of the Heritage Foundation, says Biden used the autopen three different times throughout his presidency to authorize executive actions, proclamations, and pardons. According to documents, the former president allegedly used the device while physically being in Washington and signing other paperwork by hand.
The Oversight Project’s president, Mike Howell, said during an appearance on “The Sean Hannity Show,” “We previously disclosed there were two autopen signatures. So, think about it as two versions of the same signatures, applied over and over again. Now today, we’ve discovered a third autopen signature that was used on proclamations.”
Before this new discovery was made known, Trump ordered the Justice Department to launch a probe into the autopen fiasco. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is also investigating the situation.
“We’ve listed the statutes that are implicated. They basically revolve around forgery, impersonation of a government official; in some instances, potentially bribery, because there is a lot of money flying around these issues,” Howell explained to Hannity.
He added, “I think President Trump will ultimately waive executive privilege in this investigation so those officials cannot hide behind it. It’s going to be a lengthy legal battle.”
Howell then said that the sources used by CNN journalist Jake Tapper and Axios reporter Alex Thompson for their book concerning the cover up of Biden’s cognitive troubles will need to be made known.
“I’ve got news for Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson. They are going to have to give up that information and those names,” Howell said. “There is no right to hide sources in a criminal conspiracy. That is what we are talking about here.”
