Canadian truckers have some new company next to their sides in Coutts, Alberta and they aren’t coming in semis either. A large group made up of 300 Canadian cowboys made their way to Alberta’s international border crossing where hundreds of truckers are creating blockades in protest against the Canadian government’s Covid-19 vaccine mandates for truckers and other members of society.
The cowboys and cowgirls came rolling through Coutts, Alberta, and were received with a standing ovation. Cowboys and Truckers weren’t the only one’s on the scene either but hundreds of farmers riding in their tractors also made their way toward’s Milk River. The Milk River separates Montana and Canada and the truckers have parked their trucks there to blockade the border to cause mass logistical issues which will hopefully garner the attention of Canadian officials to overturn authoritarian mandates.

There weren’t just cowboys in Alberta either but several of them were also spotted in Canada’s capital. One cowboy, in particular, was waving a Trump 2024 flag.
Alaska Highway News had these details to report:
RCMP Cpl. Gina Slaney says more than 100 horses appear to be at the protest against COVID-19 restrictions that began on Highway 4 last weekend. Slaney says the horses were brought to the scene in trailers, and that food trucks also arrived today. She says traffic is still moving in both directions across the Canada-U.S. border.
The protesters agreed earlier in the week to open some lanes for traffic so truckers could haul cargo across the border. In Ottawa, police chief Peter Sloly said more than 1,000 vehicles and at least 5,000 demonstrators jammed the city core Saturday, along with 300-plus counter-demonstrators.

In Ottawa, police are starting to crack down on the mass anti-vaccine mandate protests. In a press conference, Ottawa police announced that anyone delivering goods such as gas, oil, food, or other amenities would be charged for participating in illegal activity.
Last week the police stopped trucks from coming in to deliver fuel to truckers and now they are attempting to stop citizens from helping out tuckers who are in desperate need of fuel to keep their trucks running in the frigid temperatures.
The Post Millennial interviewed several of the truckers in Ottawa and here’s what one had to say about the police arresting people who provide them with fuel:
“Truckers have brought their families, they brought children and for for some official to order that they should not provide food for children or gasoline to keep the trucks running so that the kids can stay warm inside the truck. I cannot actually believe my ears. You have to know who is there. People are thinking that there’s a bunch of great big six foot four burly men in that are here. That’s not that’s not true. That’s not right. And that’s horrible.”
Besides people on the ground helping out the trucker’s thousands have also donated to them for legal fees and everyday items too. The donations started on the platform GoFundMe but after liberals started to report fundraisers for truckers the platform removed the freedom convoy’s fundraiser off their platform after it raised over $9 million. Now donations are being made on a conservative-friendly fundraiser site called GiveSendGo.
