The good book says whatever happens in darkness will eventually come to light and it looks like that’s the case in Minneapolis, Minnesota after the ethics committee of the Minnesota Senate has just unanimously agreed to open an inquiry against a state Democrat senator.
The vote came after an ethics hearing in which Sen. Omar Fatah Democrat who represents sections of south Minneapolis, and his attorney, Kristin Hendrick, rejected claims contained in a complaint that seven Republicans in the Senate filed against him.
Per the Sahan Journal Omar was accused of “failing to specifically acknowledge his involvement in the improper distribution of 2020 primary election absentee ballots and maintaining his Senate staffer who apparently oversaw the fraudulent election conduct” in the formal complaint that was filed against him.

This was Omar’s second time testifying in front of the subcommittee, which had questioned him the previous week. Hendrick stated many times on Wednesday that Omar is “shocked” to learn of the alleged improper behavior that occurred during the campaign.

The complaint stems from the recent perjury conviction of Omar’s brother-in-law and former campaign volunteer, Muse Mohamed. A federal jury convicted Muse on May 10 on two counts of lying to a grand jury about his handling of absentee ballots during the August 2020 election. An FBI agent testified at Muse’s trial that the investigation into how some absentee ballots were handled in the August 2020 election has lasted a year and involved more than 80 witnesses.
Muse is the only person who has been charged in the investigation; no one has been charged with voter fraud in the case. Muse told the grand jury that he picked up ballots from three voters with the intention of returning them to the elections office. Evidence presented to the grand jury contradicted those statements. Two of those voters testified at Muse’s trial that they never met him and never filled out the absentee ballots he told the grand jury about.
Minnesota has been a hotbed for reported election fraud and investigative journalist organization Project Veritas has been exposing it.

A ballot-harvesting operation in the district represented by Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar in Minneapolis looks to have been busted by the undercover news outfit Project Veritas. This racket involved paid workers unlawfully gathering ballots from elderly Somali immigrants.
In a stunning Snapchat video, one alleged ballot harvester named Liban Mohamed, who is also the brother of Minneapolis City Councilman Jamal Osman, can be seen rummaging through heaps of ballots that have been scattered across his dashboard.
According to the New York Post, Mohamed was quoted in the video saying:
“Just today we got 300 for Jamal Osman,” says Mohamed, aka KingLiban1, in the video. “I have 300 ballots in my car right now . . .
“Numbers don’t lie. You can see my car is full. All these here are absentee ballots. . . . Look, all these are for Jamal Osman,” he says, displaying the white envelopes.

Since the rise of mail-in ballots, ballot harvesting has been at an all-time high and has many Conservative lawmakers concerned that America’s election integrity has diminished.
