You know inflation is bad when not even the leftist nitwits who work for CNN will hide the truth about it. I mean, we’re talking about the Democratic Party’s propaganda machine here. It’s literally their job to concoct all kinds of false narratives that keep Americans in the dark about the failures of progressives in the government.
So, when a correspondent for one of the most left-wing biased news organizations in the country confesses the stark reality we’re facing due to the failed policies of the Biden administration, which have led us to this point, it’s time to start paying attention.
According to a report from TheBlaze, Rahel Solomon, a correspondent for CNN Business, explained Wednesday that our way of life is now “being shaped by the really high inflation,” which, by the way, ended up topping 8.6 percent back in May.

“Well, I think for a lot of Americans, their reality is being shaped by the really high inflation,” Solomon went on to say during the segment. “We know, under the hood of that number, it’s really high energy prices, really high food prices. The costs of new and used cars have gone up, pretty much everything broad-based has gone up. The cost of shelter has gone up, which has some economists really concerned.
“I think if you are an American at home, it’s really hard, perhaps understandably, to feel great about the economy right now, even though there are some silver linings, when you’re getting hit so hard with inflation,” she remarked, making a reference to the decrease in unemployment numbers.
The correspondent then employed the use of a personal story to highlight just how bad of an impact the reality of inflation is having on people.
“Even personally, you know, I talked to economists and traders and analysts every day about this, and sometimes I find myself shocked when I go to the grocery store and look at prices and think, ‘Wow, this costs this now?’ And so, it’s understandable,” Solomon shared.

Solomon and CNN anchor Ana Cabrera were chatting about a new poll from Monmouth University, which uncovered that almost 9 out of 10 American adults think the United States is currently headed in the wrong direction.
The only question I have about these figures from the poll is who are these individuals who somehow think we’re going the right way? Gas prices are so high you almost have to sell your soul to Satan himself in order to fill up your tank. Groceries are more expensive than ever, making feeding a family extremely difficult, a task that already wasn’t that easy.
How can anyone think that costs going up is a good thing? Mind-blowing.
“The poll similarly found that inflation and record-high gas prices are the issues that Americans believe impact them most right now,” TheBlaze reported.
“Those discoveries are particularly alarming for Democrats, who control the White House and Congress. Such polling, along with President Joe Biden’s approval numbers, suggests Democrats will lose big in the 2022 midterm elections,” the report continued.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics has not released the inflation figures for the month of June, but it’s probably pretty safe to say it’s horrible.
