Take A Look At How Radical Leftist Don Lemon Says Journalists Must Treat Republicans

CNN anchor Don Lemon is apparently attempting to buck against changes that new company president Chris Licht is trying to implement as he seeks to bring the network back to a much more fair and balanced approach to covering the news of the day, going on to say that if journalists are doing their jobs, they need to treat the GOP as dangerous to society.

According to a Daily Wire report, Lemon appeared on the CNN program “New Day” to talk about the current state of politics as there are only a handful of months left before the midterm elections this fall. Lemon made the argument that it simply wasn’t reasonable to treat both Republicans and Democrats as just two different teams with two sets of different ideology for how to handle the issues facing Americans.

“We sit around and we talk about these things and we want to give this false equivalence to Democrats and Republicans. That is not where we are right now,” Lemon went on to say during his appearance on the program. “Republicans are doing something that is very dangerous to our society and we have to acknowledge that. We have to acknowledge that as Americans, we must acknowledge that as journalists, because if we don’t, we’re not doing our jobs. We cannot sit here and pretend like ‘Well, Republicans, cut them a break …’ They have a lot to answer for in this moment.”

“Among the things Lemon wanted Republicans to ‘answer for’ were the Capitol Riot on January 6 and a series of laws restricting abortion that followed immediately after the Supreme Court handed down its 6-3 decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization — which overturned landmark abortion cases Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey,” the Daily Wire reported.

“If they come on CNN, they must answer for that. If they come on MSNBC, they must answer for that. If they go on ABC, they must answer for that. They cannot expect to be coddled when they go onto a news organization or when they step up in front of a crowd of supporters or voters or of Americans,” Lemon stated.

“You have the inmates running the asylum, basically. You have the extremists, because I know there are Republicans sitting out there going, ‘No, Don Lemon, that’s not what we are.’ It’s maybe not what you are, but it’s what your Party’s become. It is what you have allowed to happen,” the CNN anchor concluded.

This is tantamount to an admission that the division happening among the American people has been orchestrated by the radical leftist element that exists in this country. It’s all part of the plan. Lemon is being used as a tool to help facilitate the split, him being such an influential figure in the world of journalism and all.

Many times, they will act as if conservatives are being totally unreasonable and unapproachable, as if it’s our side of the fence that doesn’t want to come together and hash things out. Meanwhile, these same individuals are employing the use of weapons such as critical race theory, vaccinated and unvaccinated status, and other issues, to create an “us versus them” mentality.

Truth is, they do not want to have civil discussions and openly consider other points of view. They want you to submit to either their own worldview or be permanently silenced.
