Prince Harry decided to stick his nose where it really wasn’t necessary by complaining about the “rolling back of constitutional rights” in the United States in a speech he gave to the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Monday.
No, he’s not talking about all of the gun control measures that are threatening the Second Amendment rights of a law-abiding citizen to own a firearm for protection of life, liberty, and property.
He also wasn’t talking about the evil of cancel culture and the threat it poses to the First Amendment right of free speech.
Prince Harry, who is basically the puppet of his bride Meghan Markle, was talking about abortion. Oddly enough, the Supreme Court rolled back Roe v. Wade just last month, stating that there was not a constitutional right to the murder of pre-born children, also referred to as abortion.
So, given that abortion is not a constitutional right to begin with, it’s kind of weird Prince Harry would say otherwise, isn’t it?
According to TheBlaze, “The U.K. royal was delivering a keynote address for Nelson Mandela International Day when he criticized the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that ended the constitutional right to an abortion, calling it part of a ‘global assault on democracy and freedom.’”
“How many of us feel battered, helpless in the face of the seemingly endless stream of disasters and devastation?” Harry asked in his speech, referring to the the last year as “a painful year in a painful decade.”
Oh, and if poking his nose around in the abortion ruling wasn’t enough, he decided to also touch on both the COVID pandemic and the situation between [redacted] and Russia.
“The few weaponizing lies and disinformation at the expense of the many,” he continued.
“From the horrific war in [redacted] to the rolling back of constitutional rights here in the United States, we are witnessing a global assault on democracy and freedom, the cause of Mandela’s life,” he added.
There is most definitely an assault on democracy and freedom, particularly that owed to the lives of the pre-born who are being oppressed by having their voices silenced, their choices taken away, and being murdered for simply existing at an inconvenient time for their mothers.

Conservative commentators were not too happy about Prince Harry’s shots at America, many of which then questioned why a British royal was daring to lecture the United States about constitutional rights.
“If I was a direct descendent of George III, I would be careful about lecturing an American audience about the inadequacies of their constitutional rights,” Douglas Carswell, CEO of the Mississippi Center for Public Policy and a former member of U.K. Parliament, went on to say in his response to Prince Harry’s remarks.

The message that Prince Harry needs to take away from the response to his little speech is that he should really keep his opinions to himself when it comes to the United States. We shed our British chains over 200 years ago.
