Florida congresswoman Kat Cammack made a recent appearance on Newsmax where she went on to say that the Biden administration couldn’t be more obvious in its attempt to try and keep former President Donald Trump from running for the White House in 2024, thanks to the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate earlier this week, which was to supposedly discover a record-keeping violation.
Seems pretty obvious that what Biden fears above all is seeing Donald Trump running against him for a second term in 2024, if the current president is even mentally cleared to run by then. While the White House has denied knowing anything in advance about the raid, you can probably see the writing on the wall so to speak.
The left is looking for anything and everything they can use as a means of ensuring Trump cannot run for a second term. They are failing miserably thus far.
“Now when you dig into this, this is what I find to be very interesting: The penalty for violating the Presidential Records Act — so keeping records or letters or notes, right? — that is the equivalent of fines, but also prohibits, if found guilty of this, prohibits a person from holding future office,” Cammack went on to say during an interview on Wednesday’s “Wake Up America.”
Newsmax reported that Cammack then said, “Now I find that to be very specific, considering the Biden administration is absolutely terrified of another Trump campaign, and so I think this is politically motivated in nature. I think it is overstepping the bounds of what their mission is.”
The Florida Republican then slammed the raid on Trump’s residence calling it a “gross overreach,” no matter what predicate the administration might attempt to claim.
“Even with so many outstanding details, we know about that 30 FBI agents is not required to pick up 15 boxes,” she stated during the conversation with co-hosts Carl Higbie and Alison Maloni. “This is clearly the weaponization of the DOJ by the Biden regime and it’s absurd. Everything that we have heard has pointed back to the National Archives looking for records from his term in office.”
What’s scary about what we witnessed this week with the raid on Trump’s home is that the federal government is now weaponizing its agencies against the American people. And make no mistake, they fully plan on using these agencies against each and every person, regardless of their station in life. The way they treated a former president is proof of that.
“We’re seeing the weaponization of federal agencies, not just with the DOJ and the FBI but now, of course, with the IRS — with 87,000 potential new agents to audit everyday working-class Americans,” Cammack stated in conclusion. “This is big government at its worst, and this is what an ‘America last’ policy looks like.”
“We need to get our stuff together and get Republicans back in November, because if we don’t, there will be no stopping this runaway banana republic,” she added.
Folks, these are some pretty dark times for our country. It’s more important than ever to make sure you understand your rights. Educate your children too. Their future is going to be a rough one if we don’t equip the future generation to be ready for what’s coming.
