Law enforcement officials in the city of San Francisco released the body camera footage of the October 2022 attack on former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul. A judge ordered that the footage be released to the public after a coalition comprised of various news outlets filed a motion to see it released on Jan. 11. There have been a number of rumors surrounding this bizarre incident, so hopefully, maybe, the footage will provide some clarity to the whole situation. Guess we’re about to find out, huh?

Well, I think it’s safe to say the suspect in this case is out of his gourd, which is a fact that I don’t believe anyone was disputing. But wow, the footage was far more disturbing than most people probably thought it would be.
“Paul Pelosi was attacked on October 28 by a nudist activist who broke into the Pelosi residence seeking to kidnap the then-House speaker, prosecutors said in a pretrial hearing. The activist, who prosecutors identified as 42-year-old David DePape, attacked Paul Pelosi after not being able to locate his wife,” the Daily Wire reported.
“DePape has pleaded not guilty on all charges, which include both state and federal charges. He is expected to appear in state court on February 23 to set a date for his trial. He is being held in jail without bail,” the report continued. “Authorities said that San Francisco police entered the Pelosi residence around 2:30 a.m. local time on the night of the attack. An assailant and Pelosi struggled over a hammer, and then the assailant ‘violently’ assaulted Pelosi, the police said.”
After the attack, Paul Pelosi was taken to a hospital where he underwent “successful surgery to repair a skull fracture and serious injuries to his right arm and hands,” according to a spokesman who works for Nancy Pelosi stated.
According to a court affidavit, DePape broke into the couple’s home shouting, “Where’s Nancy?” He then went on to inform first responders who arrived at the scene that he was really sick and tired of the “level of lies” from politicians and “came here to have a little chat with [Paul Pelosi’s] wife.”
Listen, the vast majority of Americans are sick and tired of the lies that come out of the mouths of politicians, but we aren’t breaking into their homes and bashing them over the head with hammers. That’s sick, twisted, and absolutely demented. We’d all love to see the Pelosis exposed for the crooks they are and face legal consequences for their actions, but no one who is a sane human being wants to see them attacked like this.
“I didn’t really want to hurt him, but you know this was a suicide mission. I’m not going to stand here and do nothing even if it cost me my life,” DePape went on to say, according to the filing.
DePape also had a list of other potential targets, all of them high-profile, including actor Tom Hanks, Hunter Biden, and Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom. Why Tom Hanks? I get that he’s a raging liberal, but what in the world is the connection he has with the other individuals on the list? It doesn’t make sense.
