The Federal Bureau of Investigation has reportedly completed a search of President Joe Biden’s vacation home located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on Wednesday as the criminal investigation concerning the discovery of classified documents in his private residence in Wilmington, Delaware and in the office of the Penn Biden Center continues to unfold. You know, this really could end up being the anchor that drags any chances the president has of nabbing a victory in 2023. Which might just be the radical left’s strategy for allowing this investigation to take place without attempting to cover for their golden boy.
“The DOJ’s planned search of the President’s Rehoboth residences, conducted in coordination and cooperation with the President’s attorneys, has concluded,” Bob Bauer, Biden’s personal attorney said in a statement, according to the Daily Wire. “The search was conducted from 8:30 AM to noon.”
Bauer then made the claim that there weren’t any documents with classified markings foun din the search. But I mean, can you really trust this guy? Biden’s legal team knew for months that classified materials were found in the Penn Biden Center office and in the garage of the president’s private home. Kind of hard to believe a word these folks say at this point.
“Consistent with the process in Wilmington, the DOJ took for further review some materials and handwritten notes that appear to relate to his time as Vice President,” he continued.

“Classified documents connected with Biden were first found in his private office at the Penn Biden Center, a think tank in Washington, D.C., on November 2, less than a week before the 2022 midterm elections. Since then, Biden’s attorneys have located more classified documents at Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, on several separate occasions: an unspecified number found in the garage on December 20, one document found in Biden’s study on January 11, and five more found in the study on January 12,” the Daily Wire said.
Federal officials confirmed just two weeks ago that they found even more classified documents during a 13-hour search led of Biden’s home by the FBI on Jan. 20. But don’t forget guys, these documents were locked up in the garage with his Corvette, so they were secure. It’s all good. Insert an eye roll here.
The Daily Wire then reported, “CNN reported last week that while Biden’s team claimed they were cooperative in dealing with the Department of Justice, federal investigators were prepared to get a search warrant if Biden did not consent to being searched.”
For far too long, Democrats like Biden have been allowed to believe they are above the law, that the rules applied to every other American for some reason do not apply to them. This, of course, is not true. Not even a little bit. And they need a rather stiff reminder of that reality. Holding Biden and others like him accountable for their actions is the first step in accomplishing that goal.
No one is above the law. Not the rich. Not the politically well connected. And most assuredly not the president.
