Renowned climate expert and esteemed child actor Greta Thunberg has swung and missed on another doomsday prediction, as expected. However, instead of admitting her mistake and disappointment over the world not actually burning as she wished, she simply deleted her Tweet as if it never happened. You know, kind of like her prediction.
Of course, I kid. No one that uses their gray matter upstairs REALLY believed the world was going to burn by 2023 if we didn’t stop using fossil fuels, as Greta so famously opined for in 2018. Most reasonable adults know that human beings are excellent at adaptation, so burning some fossil fuels isn’t going to set the planet on fire, even if it does warm the atmosphere by a half a degree or so. Doesn’t mean Greta, Al Gore, and AOC hasn’t made a truckload of cash playing on people’s fears! Check this out.
The world’s foremost expert on climate change, Greta Thunberg, has been forced to delete an embarrassing tweet.
Perhaps no one on earth has better used the media’s desire to promote climate change alarmism than Thunberg.
She receives an exceptional amount of attention, even speaking at. U.N. Summit despite having no relevant expertise whatsoever.
As part of her activism, Thunberg has repeatedly warned of imminent disasters as a result of climate change.
But few, if any, have been as embarrassing as a 2018 tweet noticed by Jack Posobiec.
Thunberg shared a story with a quote saying “A top climate scientist is warning that climate change will wipe out all of humanity unless we stop using fossil fuels over the next five years.”
Greta Thunberg deleted this tweet because it exposes her for being a fraud. Make sure the entire world sees it. pic.twitter.com/kEvuMiBS8D

Not to alarm any of the climate change nutters, but I just glanced out my window at the mid-March 32 degree day I am hating, and sure looks like everything is going swimmingly. And I don’t mean swimming in the ocean in Arizona.
Nope, I think Greta got some bad intel from someone. Perhaps she should have someone fact-check her fact-checkers. Since she is now an adult, and knows so much more about the world and being a responsible adult than she did in 2018, she owned up to her error and apologized for causing alarm. Just kidding! She simply deleted the Tweet, as if Twitter doesn’t have a long memory.
Perhaps she learned her lesson from environmental hero Al Gore, who frequently makes predictions of climate-related disasters, only to be inevitably proven wrong soon afterwards.
The biggest issue with people like Thunberg is that people in positions of authority actually take her seriously.
The vice president of the United States, one of the most powerful people on earth, recently said that children are facing a mental health crisis due to fears of climate change.
To be fair to Thunberg, it’s possible that she meant that if we didn’t stop using fossil fuels entirely within five years, the humanity would be wiped out. But if that’s the case, why delete the tweet?
Even if that was her meaning, it would showcase a delusional disconnect from reality. The world is nowhere remotely close to being able to stop using fossil fuels.
Thankfully, Greta and the rest of the climate change alarmists swung-and-missed once again, and we all get to live another day. Or Greta will just move the goalposts. How does 2025 sound?
