Colorado Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert made a rather shocking claim on Thursday, stating that cocaine is not the first drug that has been found at the White House since Joe Biden has been president. To be honest, it wouldn’t surprise me if this is true. After all, Hunter Biden has been in and out of the president’s mansion since his dear daddy took office.
According to The Daily Wire’s latest report, “Boebert said that marijuana had been found at the White House twice since 2022, according to Just the News. Boebert’s comments come after the Secret Service announced that it had closed the probe into the cocaine found at the White House without any suspects.”
“This is the third time that drugs have been found on the White House property since 2022, and we did not even hear about the marijuana,” she stated. “I certainly did not hear about the marijuana that was found in 2022, two times, and now there’s cocaine on the property. So everything they do is to move along to the next story. They know there will be another Biden crime crisis.”
According to a piece published by NBC News, a uniformed division of officers previously discovered marijuana in the possession of two guests at the White House. The marijuana was of a quantity that fell below the legal limit in our nation’s capital so no legal penalty was pursued, however the individuals involved in the incident were informed not to bring the substance back to the White House.
“Boebert was one of the lawmakers who attended a closed meeting with the Secret Service about the investigation into the cocaine after House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) asked for a briefing on the incident,” the report from DW continued.
“I was informed in this morning’s SCIF meeting that the Cocaine Culprit investigation will be terminated with more than 500 potential perpetrators remaining,” Boebert posted. “We cannot allow this to happen. The American people deserve to know who smuggled cocaine into the White House!”
The Secret Service revealed they were not able to determine a suspect after investigators combed through surveillance footage and visitor logs, coming to the conclusion that neither one of these could generate leads. A source close to the investigation informed NBC that the prevailing theory is that a person on a tour of the White House left the illegal drug on the premises.
Or it was Hunter Biden. That’s my theory, and pretty much every other person with a pulse agrees. The lack of results from the Secret Service has many Republican lawmakers up in arms, some even suggesting there is a cover up happening.
“Just left the most ridiculous meeting of all time with the Secret Service on the cocaine that was found in the White House,” Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett remarked after the meeting. “It turns out – they don’t know who did it. The investigation is going to be over at the end of the week, and they’re not going to find out who did it. And that’s basically it.”
“Another coverup,” the congressman added. “You know, it’s the most secure building in the entire world. Nobody, not even the press, goes in there without them knowing.”
Boebert then stated that the reason the investigation concluded without results is “because everything in this administration is about covering up for the Biden crime family.”
