According to the House Oversight Committee, President Joe Biden was on more than twenty total calls with his son, Hunter Biden, which they confirmed, during a closed-door hearing held on Monday. The proceedings involved testimony delivered by Devon Archer, a former business associate of Hunter’s who served with him on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma. This is huge, folks. Huge. We now have testimony that supports accusations that the president and his son were involved in an influence peddling scheme involving foreign business entities, some of them located in China.
According to the Daily Wire, “The committee was expected to interview Archer for approximately five hours, where Republican and Democrat members rotate between hour blocks to investigate the key witness, who has alleged Hunter put then-Vice President Joe Biden on speaker phone roughly two dozen times as Hunter spoke to his foreign business partners or investors, beginning in 2014.”
Rep. Dan Goldman, a New York Democrat, who according to reports on the hearing, was the only leftist politician in the room when Archer delivered his testimony, stated that Hunter Biden’s former business partner “indicated that Hunter spoke to his father every day, and approximately 20 times over the course of a 10-year relationship.” According to the Daily Mail, he added that the pair never discussed his business dealings and only exchanged niceties and talked about “the weather.”

Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a member of the Oversight committee, said that Archer revealed, “the Bidens were in the actual business of influence peddling.”
She then said, “It’s extremely damning.”
“We have Devon Archer coming out and telling the truth that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden spoke over 20 times about his business deals, not about the weather, not about what was for lunch about his business deals,” Greene stated.

Rep. James Comer, a Kentucky Republican who is currently the chairman of the Oversight committee, put out a subpoena for Archer just a month ago, making the claim that the former associate of Hunter Biden played an integral part in the family’s business dealings abroad.
“He has an opportunity to be a hero,” Comer stated on Sunday.
“House Oversight Committee Democrats reportedly planned to highlight a transcripted interview with Mykola Zlochevsky, co-founder of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, who denied having any contact with Joe Biden while Hunter Biden worked for the company,” the report continued.
“Mr. Zlochevsky’s statements are just one of the many that have debunked the corruption allegations,” Oversight member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) remarked.
One of Archer’s close associates spoke out and revealed that the motivation for Archer to provide testimony is his obligation to his “civic duty,” going on to reveal he has “nothing to hide, no revenge to enact nor anyone to protect other than his family, and he feels he has been handcuffed by the absurdly bogus [fraud] case into remaining silent. In a forum where he has immunity, he can at least start to speak truth.”
“Mr. Archer will do what he has planned to do all along, which is to show up this morning and to honestly answer the questions that are put to him by the congressional investigators,” Matthew Schwartz, attorney for Archer, reportedly stated in comments made about the situation.
An exclusive report from the Daily Mail reveals documents that were obtained from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, interviews with sources, and subpoenaed records that allegedly prove potential foreign influence violations from nations like Russia, China, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Mexico, and several other Latin American nations.
Over the course of the weekend, the DOJ made a request for U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams to schedule a date for Archer to report to prison after being convicted by a jury a year ago in a Native American tribal entity fraud scheme that has no connection to the Biden family. However, the prison sentence has been delayed due to the appeals process.
