Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been ruffling the feathers of the Democratic Party for quite some time now. He was a major voice speaking out against the coronavirus vaccine and the mandates surrounding it, which the left took as a sign he wasn’t one of them as his actions would reduce their power and authority over the American people. He then decided to run for president as a Democrat in the primary, taking on Joe Biden who is the incumbent.
Well, according to the Daily Caller, he’s continuing to do what he does best, which is apparently causing liberal heads to explode, as he announced he would be speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference, which is one of the biggest conservative conferences in the country. If you enter a quiet room and listen closely, you can hear the liberals in your city and abroad cry out in agony.
“The newly announced speakers will join other prominent conservative figures such as Chris Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax, Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and soon-to-be Republican Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake for the four-day event in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ramaswamy has increased in popularity during the race for the Republican presidential ticket while RFK Jr. continues to make a stir as he is expected to jump from the Democratic party to the independent ticket,” the report said.
“Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a unique voice in advocating for the defunding of the weaponized bureaucracy and ensuring the constitutional right of medical freedom,” Matt Schlapp, CPAC Chairman, went on to say in a statement released exclusively to the Daily Caller. “Kennedy joining such an important event is a reflection of the splintering of the left-wing coalition that has gone full woke Marxist to the point that traditional liberals don’t feel welcome anymore.”
After first announcing his intent to run for president in the upcoming election back in April, Kennedy experienced a significant spike in support from folks inside the Democratic Party during the early part of his campaign, reaching a peak of 21 percent. His popularity declined over the course of the summer with Democrats, but has increased with Republicans according to a Morning Consult poll that was conducted in July. Much of his popularity with the GOP can be traced back to the coronavirus vaccine.
“Ramaswamy became a breakout candidate in the race for the Republican presidential ticket following the first GOP primary debate. The businessman even admitted himself that he exceeded his ‘own expectations’ during the August debate,” the Daily Caller reported.
“We are also honored to have Vivek Ramaswamy – a true patriot and rising star fighting for the values of life and liberty for every American,” Schlapp remarked in a statement. “Ramaswamy has made a massive impact on the political scene in a short amount of time. He comes from the world of business and is willing to courageously fight the woke agenda of corporate America.”
The event in question is set for October and will be an investors summit. It will not be open to members of the media.
