Sector chiefs who work for the United States Customs and Border Protection agency have come out and stated that border walls actually do work when it comes to stemming the flow of illegal migrants into the country and provides those who have been tasked with protecting the border we share with Mexico with greater opportunities to arrest those attempting to cross over into America.
This would be the part where we would say either “told you so,” or “duh,” or maybe even deploy some sort of combination of the two. I mean, this really is common sense, right? I refuse to believe the radical left was actually stupid enough to think walls and fences didn’t work. Progressives like to feign stupidity to cover for the fact that much of what they do is actually part of a calculated strategy to justify particular actions that will ultimately lead to the transformation of America into a big government socialistic nightmare.
According to TheBlaze, “After the Biden administration said it would use remaining funds from the Trump presidency to construct 20 miles of border wall in Texas, the president said that he does not believe border walls work.”
“The border wall — the money was appropriated for the border wall. I tried to get to them to reappropriate it, to redirect that money. They didn’t. They wouldn’t,” Biden went on to say.
“As part of a House investigation into the leadership of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, oversight committees interviewed Border Patrol sector chiefs and asked them if walls are useful in reducing illegal immigration,” the report continued.
“Any kind of infrastructure, and we’ll talk about the barrier right now as an example, used in the right way in the right location is a force multiplier. There are other areas where I would prefer other types of force multipliers. But a physical barrier generally for us is most helpful in areas where we have what we call short vanishing points,” former Del Rio Sector Chief Jason Owens remarked, according to Townhall.
“And that is where an individual can approach, cross the border, and disappear quickly. That physical barrier extends the amount of time that I and my team have to respond to and interdict, and it increases the certainty of arrest,” Owens, who is serving as the chief of Border Patrol, stated.

Aaron Heitke, then-Chief Patrol Agent for the San Diego Sector, commented that a border wall system “slows down the people as they come across, and so we have more time to respond and actually make an apprehension.”
“It’s more difficult to cross through the barriers, and so they move to other areas where the barrier isn’t where we can focus resources. Part of the barriers as well is all-weather roads, so we have better and faster access to those areas,” he continued.
Yuma Sector Deputy Chief Dustin Caudle provided a description of at least 14 different gaps that are being exploited by border-crossers on a daily basis.
“If all of the gaps were completely filled, we would be able to, again, be able to move manpower and resources and assets much more easily than just having a known vulnerability. If the door is open, it’s typically utilized,” he said.
Clearly, Biden and his people know border walls work. The reason they have been dead against seeing one built along the southern border is because they have been employing a strategy to help puff up Democratic Party voter rolls by playing hell with our country’s demographics.
Allow illegal migrants to come into the country, provide them with a stockpile of free goodies — which aren’t actually free as they are paid for by taxpayers — and then brainwash them with carefully crafted narratives to make them believe that Republicans want to take away all of the welfare they have unless they vote to keep Democrats in power, and BOOM!
Instant Democrats.
Let’s hope this blows up in their faces.
