The Daily Wire’s own Ben Shapiro lamented about the pathetic weakness of current Commander-in-Chief Joe Biden, stating that he wished former President Donald Trump were still in the White House calling the shots, while conducting an interview with conservative activist Charlie Kirk on his podcast, “The Charlie Kirk Show.” Shapiro, who is Jewish, made the comments following the horrific terrorist attacks on Israel by the miscreants in radical terrorist group Hamas. Thousands have been hurt, hundreds are dead, including a number of infants who were beheaded by Israel’s invaders. Oh, and let’s not forget all of the kidnappings either, which includes American citizens.
According to the Daily Caller, Shapiro made his statement about Trump as he delivered a scathing rebuke to the current administration’s handling of Iran.
“Do I think that Biden is at least partially responsible for the encouragement of Iran towards these sorts of moves? Absolutely, I think his weakness on Iran has been absolutely devastating for the region,” Shapiro went on to say to host Charlie Kirk during the interview.
“Listen, I wish President Trump were still president,” he added.
“Man, if President Trump was president, none of this crap would be happening,” Kirk said to the Daily Wire’s Shapiro. “Joe Biden finances the terrorists and he allows Iran to go wild.”

President Joe Biden has been criticized for his “weakness” on Iran amid the ongoing conflict in Israel. The Biden administration signed a $6 billion “ransom” deal with Iran in August, oversaw a failure to enforce oil sanctions, and reportedly allowed individuals working on Iran’s behalf to serve in the government.
Shapiro has historically been critical of former President Donald Trump, and did not vote for Trump in the 2016 election. Recently, Shapiro has been an outspoken supporter of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the 2024 Republican primary.
There are a lot of folks in the conservative movement who hammer on Trump, but one thing is hard to deny, and that’s how good the man was when it came to foreign policy. Trump is a master at making deals, negotiating, understanding human nature. It’s what has made him a fortune in the real estate industry. Since he knows and understands human nature, he doesn’t sugar coat the obvious failings we all have as a species. He approaches people straight and doesn’t attempt to blow smoke up their hindquarters.
His strength goes a long way with other leaders around the world. He was respected for his approach by many who have disdain for Biden and see him as pathetically weak. You can bet your bottom dollar these attacks would not have happened on the scale that they did if Trump had been elected for a second term.
Iran would not have had the cash to bankroll them for starters. Not to mention the former president was working on finding solutions to bring peace to the Middle East, and surprisingly, was darn close to making it a reality.
Let’s hope, if he ends up being the GOP nominee, he’s given a chance to realize his vision and hopefully help prevent future bloodshed in that region of the world.
