One of the sharpest constitutional minds in our country today is conservative pundit Mark Levin, who recently took to social media platform X to create a breakdown of how Alvin Bragg and the case he’s brought against former President Donald Trump could actually be destroying Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case in the Supreme Court. You know, given the fact these folks have turned the legal system into a weapon to use against anyone who stands against President Joe Biden, I couldn’t be happier that they are getting in each other’s way.
The SCOTUS case that Levin is talking about is the one concerning presidential immunity, which is what Trump is claiming he has.

The Bragg spectacle is so bad and damaging to the justice system it could create collateral damage reaching into Jack Smith’s radical position on immunity.
The Bragg case will do more to persuade any persuadable Supreme Court justices that Jack Smith’s extreme immunity argument cannot stand. Although the Bragg case is not about a presidential act per se, the Bragg case is about lawfare run amok against a former president running again for president. The justices need only see what’s happening in the Bragg case, see what’s happening in Georgia, see what’s happening in the two federal cases to realize that this lawfare will only get worse, further poison the justice system, and further draw the judiciary into politics if it doesn’t step in now and fix it rather than contribute to it.
I really, really hope Levin is correct on this, because, as noted by The Right Scoop, if he’s right, and this ends up helping Trump in the Supreme Court, “it would be something ‘good’ actually coming from this ridiculous case.”
One of the most important principles and ideas this nation was founded upon was that all Americans should be treated equal under the law. Race, religion, status, wealth, none of that should determine how you are treated by the legal system. Unfortunately, leftists have transformed that very system into a weapon used to censor those who are opposing their agenda and are seeking to ensure Joe Biden does not spend another four years in the White House.
It’s ironic that the radical left claims to be about equality and yet they are creating the very monster they are trying to dispatch by targeting Trump and conservatives with their legal schemes. Of course, they know they’re hypocrites, they just don’t care.
What matters is accomplishing the agenda, because they truly believe in their heart of hearts that if they succeed in implementing it, they can perfect humanity and create a utopian society. And this is why we should call liberalism a mental disorder. One cannot fix the broken, fallen nature of human beings through legislation and groupthink. Only God can do that.
Our only hope for dismantling the deep state and their abuse of the justice system is by electing Trump in November.
