The Republican National Committee has come away, once again, victorious in a lawsuit after a ruling handed down from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court stated that undated ballots are not allowed to be counted toward election totals, which directly impacts the McCormick/Casey race. This is a prime example of the radical left trying to play fast and loose with the rules in order to cheat and steal an election. And yet we’re supposed to believe that there’s no fraud and our elections are totally fair and balanced. Sorry, but the evidence in situations like this proves otherwise.
In fact, a situation like this really does vindicate President-elect Donald Trump’s claims four years ago that further investigations needed to be done in every single instance where fraud was alleged. Of course, he got called an insurrectionist for that belief, which was a strategy from the left to vilify him in the eyes of the public.
MCCORMICK/CASEY RECOUNT UPDATE:
Following our latest RNC lawsuit, today the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled yet again that undated ballots CANNOT BE COUNTED.
No more excuses. Election officials in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and other counties have absolutely no choice…

According to a news release that was published on President-elect Donald Trump’s website back on Nov. 14, “The RNC has filed yet another lawsuit in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to defend the dated ballot requirement, a critical election integrity safeguard, and to stop radical Democrats from counting illegal ballots as Bob Casey tries to steal the election.”
“Dave McCormick won this election and is already participating in Senate orientation meetings. Meanwhile, Democrat officials and scam lawyers are aiding and abetting Bob Casey’s shameful attempts to steal back a Senate seat which he lost decisively. The RNC is filing a motion in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to ensure that Pennsylvania’s democratic process is not undermined by the inclusion of illegal ballots in the final vote count. Pennsylvanians are ready to move forward with Dave McCormick representing them in the Senate as Bob Casey torches whatever legacy he had with these anti-democratic schemes,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley went on to say concerning the matter.
Just two weeks prior to the filing of the suit, the Supreme Court in Pennsylvania upheld the dated ballot requirement for the current election. However, Democratic officials in a few counties are now trying to count ballots that were missing a date or dated incorrectly, which is a direct violation of the law. Another lawsuit was also filed in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Democrats are showing their true colors again as panic mode continues to settle into the depth of their souls. Trump won the election and did so decidedly, taking both the electoral college and popular votes. People have spoken. It’s time for the left to accept that this country has rejected their insane liberalism. Time to reconsider moving to the center.
