New information has revealed that a plot to assassinate President Donald Trump by the Islamic Republic of Iran was far more elaborate and far-reaching than was previously reported, as was the level of fear Trump experienced at the idea of yet another attempt being made on his life. While we certainly know that our president is a strong and tough man, it’s only human to feel some fear when you have crazed radical Islamists trying to end your life, and this after two previous attempts. However, Trump showcased true courage by being afraid and moving forward to do what is best for the country anyway.
According to Politico reporter Alex Isenstadt’s new book, “Revenge: The Inside Story of Trump’s Return to Power,” he was given “extensive access” the president’s inner circle during the 2024 presidential campaign.
“Law enforcement officials warned Trump last year that Tehran had placed operatives in the U.S. with access to surface-to-air missiles,” he stated in a report that was published by Axios. “Trump’s team worried that the Iranians could try to down his easily recognizable personal jet — better known as ‘Trump Force One’ — as it was taking off or landing.”
Before you think this wasn’t a serious threat, the Secret Service, at one point, made Trump use a different plane instead of his own. If that doesn’t scream “credible threat,” I don’t know what does.
Another incident occurred that was not previously made known to the public where the Secret Service shot down a drone that was following the president’s motorcade, employing the use of an electromagnetic gun to disable the aircraft.
Threats on Trump’s life are coming amid statements made by the commander-in-chief who warned Iran that should they attempt to assassinate any former or current U.S. officials, he would unleash all hell on them.
He went on to reveal that he has left behind a set of instructions for the U.S. military which detail what they are ordered to do if he should be successfully assassinated by Iran.
“And that would be a terrible thing for them to do,” he stated, rather matter-of-factly. “Not because of me, because if they did that, they would be obliterated. That would be the end. I’ve left instructions — if they do it, they get obliterated. There won’t be anything left.”
If that doesn’t put the fear of God — the one, true God of the Bible, not that faker Allah — then these folks are already brain dead. You do not mess with our people. Even if we disagree vehemently on political issues, an American is an American. Hurt one of us, you hurt all of us. Tick off one of us, you get the wrath of all of us. That’s how it was, is, and will be forever when it comes to how American society functions.
