One of President Donald Trump’s superpowers is his ability to confront leftist propagandists in the mainstream media and crush their nonsense into a fine powder. And it’s always a glorious sight to behold.
And POTUS struck once again when a reporter asked him if he was “chickening out” about tariffs. The response he fired immediately made her regret taking a job in journalism. It couldn’t happen to a finer individual, am I right?
“Oh..you mean because I reduced China from 145%…down to 100 and then down to another number? And I said you have to open up your whole country? Because I gave the EU a 50% tariff, and they called up and said ‘please let’s meet right now, please’…” Trump responded.
Trump is a man of action who keeps his political promises like no other politician in our nation’s history. Here’s a fine example of that. He said he was going to come into the White House and fix the bad trade deals we had with other countries around the world.
His preferred weapon for accomplishing that goal? Tariffs. Money talks. It’s a reality the president is very familiar with, you know, given his business acumen. Trump punched these other countries right in their pocketbooks. Boom! Suddenly, they all wanted to come to the table and renegotiate trade deals to avoid these super high tariffs that would have smashed their economies.
No more being taken advantage of. That’s what Trump promised during his presidential campaign. He’s making good on that promise.
“…You call that chickening out? Because we have $14 trillion now invested…when Biden didn’t have practically anything…” he added. “…This country was dying…We have the hottest country in the world right now. 6 months ago this country was STONE COLD DEAD. We had a dead country. We had a country and people didn’t think it was going to survive, and you ask a NASTY question like that…”
Nailed it. Absolutely nailed it.

Six months ago, we were in some of the darkest times in the history of this nation, thanks to the failed policies of the Biden administration. Grocery prices were higher than Cheech and Chong on 420. Trade deals we had with other countries brought us little benefit, meanwhile other governments were using these deals to boost their economies at our expense.
Then along came Trump and everything began to change. We’re headed in the right direction. It will take time for a lot of the changes made by the president and his new administration to produce lasting impact, but if we’re patient, the future is bright.
