The most absurd debate in 2021 dealt with the ability of men to have babies and menstrual cycles.
In a denial of science, trans activists militantly went after those who believe in basic biology and who would call out their radical mob’s errors online and in print.
The Guardian Newspaper is being accused by their readers of deactivating an online poll that asked readers to vote on “Person of the Year” after it appeared J.K. Rowling would win going away.
“Tell us: who is your 2021 person of the year?” ran the headline, posted on Dec. 15, with the subtitle, “Time Magazine chose billionaire Tesla boss Elon Musk – but who would be your choice?” A short time later, when Rowling was far and away in the lead, the voting form disappeared, as did the results. A message in small print stated, “This form has been deactivated and is closed to any further submissions.”
Sore losers @ Guardian, shite writing for the announcement of Person of the Year, but fact is JK Rowling got so many votes they had to discontinue the voting or risk further embarrassment lol lol. pic.twitter.com/VOD3pyjMom

A possible reason for stopping the polling is Rowling has been at the center of numerous cancel culture storms this year for her refusal to deny the reality of biological sex.
Earlier this month the famous author stirred up controversy by mocking Scotland’s law enforcement policy that allows accused rapists to self-identify as female. “War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength. The Penised Individual Who Raped You Is a Woman,” she tweeted in reference to an article titled, “Absurdity’ of police logging rapists as women.”

Rowling also faced a hefty backlash after she posted a series of tweets about transgender people.
She drew outrage when she criticized an opinion piece published by the website Devex, a media platform for the global development community, that used the phrase “ people who menstruate.”
“I’m sure there used to be a word for those people,” the famous British author tweeted. “Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?”

She continued with another thread speaking about the concept of biological sex.
“If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction,” she tweeted. “If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased. I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth.”
Trans activists have retaliated against her refusal to capitulate to their agenda by threatening to send her pipe bombs and publishing her home address on social media. Showing the flair for dark humor that runs through her novels, the world’s richest author wryly joked that she’s received “so many death threats [she] could paper the house.”
The Guardian, which is generally known for being left-of-center, has so far provided no explanation for why it took its poll offline with Rowling firmly in the lead. But that didn’t stop the public from taking to social media to share their suspicions.
“JK Rowling was voted Guardian’s person of the year. Rather than acknowledge this, Guardian killed the competition. What utter cowardice, Guardian,” said one tweet that received nearly 3000 “likes.” Another, which more than 7000 people approved, read, “BREAKING: Guardian deactivated the poll on ‘Person of the Year 2021’ because JK Rowling was in the lead. Pathetic!”

Thank you J.K. Rowling for taking a stand for reality, too bad some choose to stay out of it.
