A couple weeks ago I penned an article detailing the FBI’s role in keeping the group together that was ultimately accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in 2020. As of Friday, the four men on trial for the alleged attempt on Michigan’s governor were cleared of all charges. Defendants Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta were acquitted of their charges. Meanwhile, verdicts could not be reached for defendants Adam Fox and Barry Croft, and a mistrial was declared in their cases by US District Judge Robert Jonker. It was Croft’s defense attorney Joshua Blanchard, who I wrote had made…

Well, they’ve shown their hand, folks. Democrats in two of the nation’s most far-left states have introduced legislation that could effectively legalize infanticide by preventing law enforcement from investigating cases of infant death. This proves what many of us have assumed all along — that the left has absolutely zero regard for human life. California’s AB 2223 and Maryland’s Senate Bill 669, both introduced in February, feature similar language. It’s long been abortion advocates’ warning that if pro-lifers had their way, every miscarriage would result in a criminal investigation. The bills, of which Maryland’s is named the “Pregnant Person’s Freedom…

Remember early on in the pandemic when Michigan’s Gretchen Whitmer became one of the most hated governors in America because of her draconian approach to dealing with COVID? When a plot to kidnap her was exposed, it sent shockwaves through left-wing media who used it to paint opposition to lockdowns and mandates as positions taken by violent extremists. Almost two years later, the trial of Whitmer’s alleged would-be kidnappers is well underway, and some fascinating details are coming to light. As it turns out, one factor that helped the group move forward was a little help from an FBI agent…

The Buckeye State proved on Monday that even with Democrats in control of the federal government, wins can still be had for the 2nd Amendment. Governor Mike DeWine signed into law Senate Bill 215, which allows any person who can legally own a firearm the right to carry concealed within the state of Ohio. This makes Ohio the 23rd state to sign such a bill into law, however since the bill goes into effect only 90 days after being signed by the governor, it will actually beat out Alabama to become the 22nd state to implement permitless carry, also known…

Since the beginning of COVID when it first came in vogue for us all to wear masks everywhere we went, parents and professionals alike have been concerned that this “new normal” would have some negative effects on children, along with other pandemic mitigation policies like closing schools.  Anyone who dared to speak against the narrative of universal masking, especially of children, had their aversions pooh-poohed by the media and government science bureaucrats and were accused of not putting safety first. It seems we may have finally received some confirmation that there was merit to those concerns, though. Earlier this month…

In a totally unsurprising development, Twitter is at it again censoring another user for calling the left out on their hypocrisy. I know, I know. You’re completely blown away by this news. On Tuesday evening the popular account Defiant L’s (@DefiantLs) was suspended. The account almost exclusively posts photos juxtaposing two tweets from a particular leftist politician, commentator, celebrity, or organization highlighting either blatant hypocrisy, or how the older tweet simply did not age well. The user almost never adds any kind of commentary to the post. Shortly after the suspension, podcaster Eliza Bleu posted this message, stating that it…

When the cancel culture clowns failed to take down Joe Rogan for spreading “COVID misinformation,” these people just would not stop. A decidedly un-patriotic organization known as “PatriotTakes,” whose mission is to “research, monitor and expose the extremism and radicalization of the far right across the darkest parts of the Internet,” apparently combed through the entire archives of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast dating all the way back to 2009. They created this 29-second video of Joe Rogan saying the N-word, which is apparently what they thought would be the best way to get Rogan cancelled. https://twitter.com/patriottakes/status/1487805512561266688?s=20&t=uhlKhgGMEUAVOltc16u-lA This second attack…

In the post-“insurrection” era, D.C.’s Capitol police, who take their marching orders from Speaker Nancy Pelosi, have been trending toward becoming her personal partisan gestapo. In the latest example of overreach on their behalf, a routine safety procedure became somewhat of a witch hunt for one Texas congressman. Last November, when Capitol Police noticed the door of Representative Troy Nehls’ office wide open, they went inside to ensure everything was alright. Congressman Nehls, the former sheriff of a suburban county near Houston, conceded that this was common practice and that in and of itself, it was not an issue. What…

In an act of stunning hypocrisy, Stacey Abrams became the latest leftist to defy the mask mandates that her side is so adamant about keeping in place. On a trip to an elementary school in Decatur, Georgia, an eastern suburb of Atlanta, Abrams apparently thought it would be a good idea to go maskless while surrounded by young children who were forced to cover their own faces. Fox News had the whole scoop: Abrams visited Glennwood Elementary School outside of Atlanta this past week to kick off the third annual African American read-in, where she met with young students and…
