Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that Rachel Rodriguez had been arrested for her involvement in a voter fraud scheme. Police said that two teenagers were shot and are dead after they forced their way into a home in East Hartford. The two teens entered the home and were shot in the living room, according to officials, and just after midnight, the police were called to the home.
