Veteran singer Beyonce, popularly known to her fans as Queen Bey, trends on social media after being accused of theft and copyright infringement by eclectic singer Kelis. Following Beyonce’s long-anticipated album “Renaissance” which was leaked two days before its official release date, Kelis, who listened to the album just like everyone else, discovered that one of the tracks called “Energy” had sampled one of her songs which she called “Get Along With You” without being asked for permission or given prior notice at least. Upon discovering that Beyonce has ‘stolen’ her work, she took to social media to share how…

Walmart was accused by the CEO of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, of “canceling” him by pulling his company’s pillows from the retailer’s shelves. A Zoom meeting was described by Lindell, in which he said a Walmart representative told him the company would start selling MyPillow products only online and not in stores. “They dropped MyPillow, and it really hurt my employees because they were our biggest distributor. They were by far and away number one,” said Lindell. While describing his pillows as “one of the top-selling products in the history of Walmart,” Lindell called Walmart “absolutely disgusting.” Lindell heard MyPillow products…
Seth Goshorn, 28, made the difficult choice to leave his position as a teacher and work for Walmart. The northeast Ohio resident posted his story on TikTok. He can be seen holding Walmart’s blue uniform in a video in a manner similar to how sportsmen hold up their team jerseys on draft day. Goshorn’s video is only six seconds long, but it seems to have caught people’s attention. “Leaving teaching after 6 years to go be a manager at Walmart and make more not using my degree,” the caption says. The post received over 810K views. Goshorn admitted to “Good…
Kevin Ford, 54, has worked for Burger King for nearly three decades. In his 27-year career, he never missed a day of work. Burger King presented the man with a small bag of petty gifts as a token of appreciation. The man was so disappointed by his ex-employee that he documented his experience in a video. People were moved by the man’s heartbreaking tale and donated money to Kevin. The total amount of donations exceeded $300,000. WATCH the video of it: Ford has experience working at Burger King in Las Vegas as a cashier and a cook. His supervisors chose…
Amid revelations that some SUVs whisking the mayor around the city have received more tickets for speeding and running red lights that have gone unpaid, Mayor Lori Lightfoot was accused of “do as I say, not as I do” hypocrisy. According to Crime Watch Boystown, a website devoted to crime-related issues, over the last 14 months, three speed-camera tickets and one red-light-camera ticket have been issued to vehicles driven by Lightfoot’s security detail. There were two speed-camera warnings, as well. CWB reported that none of the fines had been paid so far. The website reported that, in addition to those…
Jared Kushner, a former senior presidential adviser, alleges in an upcoming memoir obtained by The Washington Post, that then chief of staff John F. Kelly once shoved his wife Ivanka after an intense Oval Office meeting. According to The Washington Post, in “Breaking History: A White House Memoir” Kushner writes: “One day he had just marched out of a contentious meeting in the Oval Office. Ivanka was walking down the main hallway in the West Wing when she passed him.” “Unaware of his heated state of mind, she said, ‘Hello, chief.’ Kelly shoved her out of the way and stormed…
I’m an old school gamer. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, even pinball. I’ve owned home consoles for the better part of my life, but usually only played sports games. The time involved to get good at some of the first-person shooter and fantasy games is more than I can sit still for. Aside from the ants in my pants, when my kids were younger, I tried to shield them from the ultra-violent, ultra-graphic games. You know the ones, the games the kids were interested in. I genuinely attempted to steer them away from titles like Grand Theft Auto. I don’t…
I love Florida, I really do. The sun, the sand, it’s my preferred retirement destination. Someday. Of course, first I have to wait to actually retire, and then make sure these climate alarmists aren’t right (they aren’t). I don’t want to move somewhere that is 120 degrees year-round and sinking into the ocean! Of course, if you believe the “climate science” that should’ve already happened, so I think I’m good there. I will definitely need to keep an eye out for pit vipers, lightning strikes, alligators, panthers, monitor lizards, and Burmese pythons. Yep, I sure do love Florida. Did I…
A U.S. appeals court ruled that a Libyan man’s 22-year imprisonment sentence is lenient. A Libyan man, known as Ahmed Abu Khatallah, was sentenced to 22 years’ imprisonment for his role in the 2012 Benghazi attack on U.S. intelligence and diplomatic facilities, during a trial in 2018. Khatallah appealed his conviction, and the government cross-appealed it. This week the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with the government and reversed the original 22-year sentence, suggesting 30 years to life in prison. “Khatallah’s sentence is substantively unreasonably low in light of the gravity of his crimes of terrorism,” reads the court’s…
I can openly admit I am a bad sport. I do not lose well. At all. And while I try to keep the losing to a minimum, it still happens on occasion. I know, shocking, right? I attempted to instill in all my children as they grew up playing youth sports, sports that I usually coached, to be humble winners and graceful losers. Nah, I told them losers suck and winning is top priority! Hey, someone has to toughen these kids up for the real world. Who better than their parents? Perhaps they learned what NOT to do by watching…
The Biden administration is determined to undermine the safety, security, dignity and happiness of American girls and women. Not content with biological men being able to use women’s locker rooms, toilets and even take away their chance of succeeding in college sport by forcing them to compete against men, now young women who go to college could be forced to share a room with men for the duration of their studies. The Department of Education has proposed even more amendments to the Title IX bill which forces colleges and schools to treat trans students as though they are their chosen…
On the first day of his entering the White House as president, Biden signed an executive order to stop the building of Trump’s wall across the Mexican border. “Not another foot” of wall would be built under his watch, he vowed. But now, the Biden administration seems to have completely gone back on its own promise to its voters. Yesterday, it approved a plan to extend the wall to build a section across the US-Mexico border near Yuma, Arizona. There are four significant gaps in the wall at this section which will be blocked up in an attempt to stem…
Governor Andy Beshear (D) announced a state of emergency after severe catastrophic flooding in eastern Kentucky left eight people dead, scores of homes flooded, and others totally carried away from their foundations. On WKYT-TV, Beshear said, “It’s awful.” “We’ve been through two and a half years of a pandemic, multiple ice storms—the worst tornado event that we’ve ever seen—multiple rounds of flooding, and this one, which is going to be deadly and devastating.” The death toll is expected to reach multiple digits once the waters subside, according to Beshear, with many families having lost everything. They described it as one…
As his ex-wife, Amber Heard attempts to appeal against the court’s decision to rule against her in June following a lengthy defamation case, Johnny Depp has turned his hand to yet another talent. The Pirates of the Caribbean star who won a $10 million defamation settlement against Heard last month after a 6-week-long, very public trial, is selling a collection of prints via Castle Fine Art. The collection, which includes some 780 pieces, is worth a massive $3.6 million in total. Some of the art sold within hours of being listed, with pieces fetching around $4,800 each. Depp, 59, entitled…
Growing up we were bombarded with public service announcements. Way more than we see now. Woodsey Owl telling us not to pollute, “Iron Eyes Cody” (who was Italian, not Native American) urging us not to litter, the famous ads with dolphins grabbing cigarettes out of an unsuspecting person’s mouth to the tune of “We mind very much if you smoke”. Yes kids, in the 70’s we literally had dolphins with cigarettes. Good times. My personal favorite was Smokey Bear. Many people may know him better as Smokey THE Bear, but “the” isn’t his middle name. It’s just Smokey Bear. Show…
We all use Facebook for the most part, don’t we? Whether we like to admit to it or not, we all sometimes do. I never intended it to be for more than just keeping up with far flung relatives. Then it morphed into old high school friends (if they were really friends, I would’ve seen them since 1985), then eventually that girl or guy from work you talked to twice. You get the picture. It wasn’t until the election cycle in 2016 that Facebook really turned ugly for me. Political arguments, clear efforts by the platform to suppress certain candidates,…
Florida Sheriffs are just built different than most other sheriffs. Between the trend of putting up signs in shut-down drug houses that they started, the epic statements about law-abiding citizens shooting criminals, and their continual crackdowns on pedos, they know how to wield force to enforce the law in a way that few others seem to grasp so well. And now the state’s contingent of sheriffs has added another win to its record, this time with the “Wheel of Fugitive” game show that one sheriff’s department plays weekly, highlighting the crimes certain “lucky” fugitives have committed and humiliating them on…
I miss the 80’s! I’m an 80’s baby through and through. Ok, I might’ve been born in the 60′, late 60’s, but my formative years were the 80’s. I miss everything about the 80’s. The music, the hairstyles, the fashion. I owned parachute pants! I know some of you did too! Show of hands, who else used White Rain hair spray? Come on fellas, don’t be shy! Yep, the 80’s sure were good times. They say everything comes back around. Fashion, music, it all comes back in style. The White House now says it’s only a recession if you see…
Tampa Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, who said he has spent more time with both Trump and DeSantis “than anyone else” insists the pair will not go head-head in the 2024 presidential primary as they are “on the same side”. Speaking to Breitbart at Turning Point USA Action Summit yesterday, Gaetz, 40, said he believed it was “highly unlikely” that the popular Florida governor would put his name in to be a candidate if former president Trump decided to run. “I would go so far as to say there is no human walking around the earth that has spent more time…
You ever heard the old cliche, “you don’t take a knife to a gunfight”? I assume that’s good advice, though better advice would be to avoid gunfights at all costs. Unfortunately, in some of our larger, progressive run cities, it’s getting harder and harder to avoid either. I suppose if I had to choose one, I’m going knife fight. At least I have a sporting chance of outrunning a knife rather than a bullet. Sadly, if I know myself, I won’t run from either. Better brush up on my knife skills! I have family in Chicago and based on recent…
Everyone’s favorite little gay celebrity, JoJo Siwa, has decided to open up about her run-in with the “rudest celebrity” she has ever met after initially going public about it and being so vague. JoJo wanted to set the record straight and indulge those curious about her original claims that Candace Cameron Bure was the “rudest celebrity” she’d ever met. In an update, she explained that she doesn’t see Candace as an “awful human” but gives insight into the experience she had which made her say that. “You know, I had a rough experience when I was little. I was 11, and…
Over time, we as a species have decided to put a value on many things which may or may not make sense. Shells and pasta or rice were once traded as currency, right now we use a mixture of linen and cotton to represent our money, and for many years leading up until this very day, we still put value in precious metals, such as silver and gold, but what about things that have next to no value and are just objects? Well, we can also put value into things that other people will see no value in, such as…
More “turd-in-the-punchbowl” news! Aren’t we all tired of this by now? The protests, the acrimony, the screaming, it just gets old. I realize the Constitution guarantees our right to peacefully protest but take a break once in a while! You don’t literally have to protest everything, all the time. Don’t these people have jobs? 5 years ago my colleagues & I were attacked playing baseball—because we’re Republicans. We didn’t let it stop us then & nothing will stop us now. It’s been a long journey, but tonight we play the Congressional Baseball Game—5 years stronger. Full Video: https://t.co/GVZPIpscCc pic.twitter.com/znbz1bdc35 —…
Prominent Republicans including Ron DeSantis have voiced their concerns as huge numbers of American properties are snapped up by Chinese citizens. While most other nations including Canada, New Zealand and Australia impose taxes on foreign nationals buying property in their nations to avoid a spike in prices and the need to continually build more homes, there are no such taxes currently in place in the US. This has led to a large increase in Chinese citizens buying US property over recent years, with Chinese investors having purchased around $6.1 billion worth of American property between April 2021 and April 2022…
Like a bunch of big babies, these democrats are throwing a fit and tantrum over the recent Supreme Court’s decision on Roe v Wade not going their way. Actually, that would be an insult to all the babies now hopefully being born to compare democrats to them. Like clockwork, when they didn’t get the results they wanted, a group of House Democrats presented a bill on Tuesday that would put term limit restrictions on both current and new Supreme Court justices. I say that if they are going to push for such measures and be sore losers, then we should…
