The conflict between “woke” schools demanding COVID vaccinations and students whose families are rejecting the vaccines for their children due to the CDC’s data showing very, very low infection rates for those under 18, is increasing. As children returned to in-person learning last fall, multiple stories of abuse started getting reported nationwide. In December a short video appeared showing a group of children sitting on “buckets” outside a school and eating lunch, which was shared widely online, drawing anger and criticism from parents. CHILD ABUSE: Kindergartners are forced to eat lunch outside in 40 degree weather at Capitol Hill Elementary…

As a reminder, the 1st Amendment to the United States Constitution says “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” Given that, particularly the “abridging the freedom of speech” part, it stands to reason that government officials shouldn’t be able to pressure companies into cracking down on unpopular opinions. Though that’s not a law, it’s just the modern way of cracking down on…

How is possible that a monster, a man who claimed that he has killed three boys and molested more than 200 others, was released with no parole monitoring system and is not required to register as a sex offender which means he is free to move around. The man, Cary Jay Smith, 61, was convicted of a misdemeanor sexual offense involving a child and had to register as a sex offender in 1985, however that requirement expired and he was removed from the sex offender registry by the state of California in 2005. Fur and tail no-where to be seen, Okami, or “Wolf Girl” as she likes to be known on social media, told This Morning program hosts she’s part of a bizarre sub-culture known as ‘otherkin therian’ whose members believe they have the soul of an animal species rather than that of a human. “A therian is somebody who believes that they are a non-human animal on a personal, integral level,” she explained to baffled presenters Phillip Schofield and…

Two judges on Fox’s competition series The Masked Singer reportedly walked off the set in protest after a shock appearance by Rudy Giuliani. The singing competition show involves celebrity contestants wearing elaborate costumes to disguise their identities so judges don’t know who they are until they’re revealed. As the announcement by the state of Iowa was being disseminated throughout the news network the past 24 hours, the move by the governor to re-open the state has generated, as expected, different reactions from the culture. A majority of Iowans are excited to see the state returning to normal living as the minority of voters believe the GOP leadership is abandoning science by relaxing the COVID emergency restrictions. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced on Thursday that she will allow the “public health disaster emergency proclamation” to expire on February 15, 2022. The emergency proclamation was first issued on March…

When former President Trump was crushing all of the democrats being considered to challenge his re-election in 2020, the deep state turned to the twice failed, and basement-dwelling Joe Biden to come to the rescue. After a few months of speculation, Biden appeared in a scripted video, doing his best to act physically and mentally able to be the nation’s Commander in Chief. It became clear though, that Biden’s wife Jill, was the one actively and earnestly pushing her declining husband to run and did everything possible, including acting as a bodyguard, during the campaign. On several occasions, when Jill…

The opportunity for Americans to vote originally allowed the citizenry to choose politicians they believed would work hard for their local and states interests. Unfortunately, with the gradual transformation of the United States from a collective group of diverse and autonomous states to a massive socialist federal government, those elected to the federal positions, such as the U.S. Congress have now become paramount in the scheme of things. The problem is the 100 United States Senators can’t keep up with their state and federal responsibilities, ending up double-minded, so each one is given a large budget to hire a staff…

Brandon, when giving a speech about gun control, went on a completely incorrect rant about the 2nd Amendment, saying “This doesn’t doesn’t violate anybody’s Second Amendment right…You couldn’t buy a cannon when this amendment was passed. There’s no reason why you should be able to buy certain assault weapons.” Watch him here: BIDEN: “This doesn’t doesn’t violate anybody’s Second Amendment right…You couldn’t buy a cannon when this amendment was passed. Every morning around 4:00 am in the city of Taichung, Taiwan, a frail old man awakes, flips on his light, and slowly shuffles out of his two room bungalow with a handful of colorful paints, ready to begin his day decorating the gray dingy cement walls around him. He slowly crouches down on the wooden stool before him, as he’s done for the past 15 years, and slowly begins painting his colorful murals, turning the drab cement walls into a kaleidoscope of color, where vibrant reds, mingle with robust purples and cool blues. Huang Yung-fu is alone and in his…

What’s the solution to violent crime? How can we stop those that brutalize their fellow citizens, including law enforcement officers, from doing so? The reasonable person would respond by saying that the criminals are to blame for their actions and should, as a result, be taken off of the streets. By locking them up and throwing away the key, they can be kept off of the streets and prevented from preying on law-abiding Americans. Predictably, however, that’s not the position of the Democrats. They’d rather see average gun owners suffer under the burden of yet more restrictions on the sacred…

There are some distinct differences between those who believe the courts must consider the original intent of the text of the Constitution (Originalism) versus those who believe it is a living document and must evolve with the changes in the culture (Living Constitution). President Biden is of the latter camp which manifested itself on Tuesday. Joe said there is “always a renewed national debate” surrounding presidential nominations to the Supreme Court, saying it is due to the fact that the U.S. Constitution is “always evolving slightly” on rights. Biden met with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin, D-Ill., and committee…

Throughout the ages, black people have accounted for countless remarkable cultural and social accomplishments, and there’s no denying that the black community has faced widespread hardship and persecution throughout the history of the Western world – but isn’t it high time we moved forward as a united people and scrapped divisive ‘demographic celebrations’? It seems every month of the year has now been assigned a supposedly oppressed demographic group to represent. We have Women’s History Month in March, Hispanic Heritage Month in September, and Gay Pride Month in June to name a handful. February happens to be Black History Month,…

There is a new theory circulating on how local communities can rid themselves of power hungry school board members and other elected officials that would pretend to be little tyrants.  The theory is to lay claim to the Surety Bonds that every elected official is required to have, as Bonds guarantee that the official does the job they were elected to do. When an elected official is not upholding their oaths of office and does not uphold the terms of the bond, an aggrieved party can make a claim on the bond to recover losses. There is a website up…

President Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence have not been on talking terms for an entire year. The riff comes after Pence and Trump disagreed on whether or not Pence had powers under the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to decertify the election as the Vice President of the United States. Trump, in his latest statement, called out Democrat members of Congress for attempting to pass a bill that would change words in the Electoral College Act of 1887 that would make it “clear” that the Vice President doesn’t have the authority to overturn the results of an election.…
